The effects of land use on freshwater nutrients

Project Lead: Patricia A. Soranno

We have several lines of research that focus on quantifying the effects of land use/cover on lake nutrients. In particular, our team is studying the underlying challenges in quantifying land use/cover around lakes and how to account for the multi-scaled effects of land use/cover on lakes.  We are now working on a variety of initiatives with our CSI-Limnology team to extend these ideas into new areas and geographically expanded study areas.

To dates, we have published in the following areas
